A Home Energy Remodel through CEWO may reduce your home’s energy waste by 15%, 20%, 30% or even more. No money down, no fee financing means there are no out-of-pocket upfront costs, while a fixed 5.99% Annual Percentage Rate (APR) keeps monthly payments low. And because loan payments appear right on your heating utility bill, you won’t have extra bills to pay. For many homeowners, the energy they save even offsets a good portion of their monthly loan payment.
How much your Home Energy Remodel will cost depends on your home’s potential for energy savings and of course, how much you want spend. Program Requirments:
GreenSavers and CEWO will be able to serve homes that meet the following minimum criteria:
- Located in Washington, Multnomah or Clackamas County
- Owned by you and be your place of residence
- Built before 1993
- Single-family, detached structure (mobile homes, townhouses or other multi-family dwellings are not yet eligible)
- Not on the historic registry
- Currently (or upon completing CEWO*) heated with electricity or natural gas from NW Natural, Pacific Power or Portland General Electric
